The Water Station
By Ota Shogo
Directed by Phillip Zarrilli
A daring and innovative play by noted playwright Ota Shogo. Set in a barren landscape with a heap of garbage in the background, travelers refresh themselves at a broken, dripping faucet, using no dialogue and slowed movement. Images of wandering and bare survival are presented in their unrelenting entirety.
