This enchanting Caribbean folk tale, winner of Broadway's 2018 Tony award for best musical revival, is about a peasant girl who falls in love with a boy from a wealthy family and proves that love conquers all. The book, music and lyrics are by the award-winning team of Lynn Ahrens and Steven Flaherty, who also created the musicals "Ragtime" and "Seussical."
Produced by Xavier Theatre at Xavier Fine Arts Theatre, 1600 W. Prospect Avenue, Appleton, a fully-accessible, state-of-the-art facility
