Wait Until Dark
By Frederick Knot
Directed by Sandy Kintner
Harry Roat, a psychopath, smooth-talks his way into the Greenwich Village home of an unsuspecting blind woman, Susie Hendrix. Unknown to Susie, she’s harboring a stash of narcotics belonging to Roat and he, along with his two accomplices, will use every trick and threat to get it. At first Susie is paralyzed by feelings of helplessness, but she’s more resilient than she suspects and, along with her ten-year old neighbor, she hatches a plan to turn the table on the intruders.
