Tweeter & The Monkey Man

By Patrick Masters, with Mya Kahler and Lukas Brasher-Fons

Directed by The Company

Quick & Dead Productions returns to the stage for an original adaptation of the Traveling Wilburys' classic song "Tweeter & The Monkey Man." In this Q&D original (written by Patrick Masters, with additional material by Mya Kahler and Lukas Brasher-Fons), a crippled police officer searches for vengeance for the crimes perpetrated upon him by the New Jersey lowlife known only as the Monkey Man. His fight is complicated by his sister Jan's unexplained affection for the afore-mentioned criminal, and by the presence of a cast of characters as colorful as the Jersey shore, including a creepin' racketeer, a dumb-as-a-post state trooper, and a spazzy transvestite.
