The Fireside Dinner Theatre is looking for attractive, energetic, motivated boys and girls - age 5 - 14; who sing and move very well to play the six younger Von Trapp children in their production of THE SOUND OF MUSIC. Children’s roles will be double cast. The show begins rehearsals on August 10 and runs from August 27 - November 1, 2009. Auditions will be held on Wednesday, June 10 at 5:00 p.m. at The Fireside, 1131 Janesville Avenue, Fort Atkinson. Auditioners should be prompt as latecomers will not be seen. Auditioners should prepare a short song and bring their own music. An accompanist will be provided. They should also bring a current photo that will not be returned. All roles are paid. Any further information will be provided at the audition.
