The Smart Women Project

By Betty Diamond,  Elena Hartwell, Kathleen Allison Johnson, LynleyShimat Lys, Karen Milstein, Myra Slotnick, Gail Sterkel, Aoise Stratford, Amy White, and Andrea Varda

Directed by Deanna Reed

The inaugural production of the Kathie Rasmussen Women's Theatre brings together work by 10 women. Selected from a large number of submissions, these works explore issues as intimate as family relationships and as global as the Middle East. And we have talking turtles. Comedies, dramas, at times whimsical, at times thought-provoking, at times both, these are original works by women writers whose voices deserve to be heard.
