The Miracle Worker

By William Gibson

Directed by Shawn Britten

Central to this true and inspirational story is the volatile relationship between lonely teacher Annie Sullivan and her blind, deaf and mute student, Helen Keller. Doomed to a world of silence and isolated by her inability to communicate, young Helen is wild, destructive, and spoiled by her family. Only Annie sees her potential and is determined to reach her, not matter what.
