The Lady Vanishes - Cancelled

By Derek Webb

Directed by Denise Plantenberg and Suzann Holland

Based on the book "The Wheel Spins" by Ethel Lina White and the basis for the 1938 Alfred Hitchcock film "The Lady Vanishes" this play is a sure winner for the mystery enthusiast. Set in the 1930s. Iris Carr, an English socialite, is traveling home to England by train. She befriends another English woman, who mysteriously goes missing on the moving train. Even more disturbing is everyone on the train denies having ever seen the woman. Iris is determined to prove her friend is real, and she may be in danger.
