The Holiday Stops
By Eric Lane Barnes
Directed by Cindy Severt with Music Direction by Jake Aebly
StageQ is holding auditions for male singer/actors for the roles of Ginny Dooley and Rose Rabinowitz in its November 29th - December 15th production of The Holiday Stops, a follow-up to 2009’s highly successful The Stops which won the Bartie Award for Best Musical/Comedy. Cindy Severt is the director/choreographer. Jake Aebly is the music director.
The Holiday Stops is a funny, irreverent, sweet musical about the ladies of NALOG (North American Lady Organists' Guild) who are rehearsing a holiday revue, and awaiting the 4th member of their cast. Friendships are forged, boundaries are broken, revelations are revealed, and hymns are harmonized.
