Music Theatre of Madison Holiday Concert

Did you know that Jule Styne, composer of Gypsy, wrote the popular Christmas tune "Let It Snow"? How about that "It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas" was written by Meredith Willson, composer of The Music Man? Frank Loesser of Guys and Dolls fame wrote "Baby It's Cold Outside"...the list goes on and on. There are even some Christmas favorites that came directly from musicals.

MTM has put together a concert that illustrates how much musical theatre has influenced the Christmas music we enjoy year after year! Featuring music by Jule Styne, Irving Berlin, Meredith Willson, Jerry Herman, Frank Loesser, Jason Robert Brown, and more!
