Me, You, Art and Trout
By Mark Anderson
Directed by Isabelle Kralj
Theatre Gigante is thrilled to open its 25th Anniversary Season with a brand new monologue by Mark Anderson, "Me, You, Art and Trout."
This is Mark's first evening-long monologue since 1995, and in this one, he picks up where he left off, still attempting to figure out what he’s going to wear, what he likes and why, what his relationship is with you, the audience, and trying to figure out what he is going to do when he grows up.
With "Me, You, Art and Trout", Anderson holds a mirror up to us in his witty, self-reflective and humorous musings. Talking and considering and digressing and footnoting a slew of topics, including art, himself, yourself, and “Trout Fishing in America”, he spins a heady tale-within-a-few-tales.
