Love's Labour's Lost

By William Shakespeare

Directed by Annie Jay

Shakespeare’s greatest boys-versus-girls, pinky-swear-to-the-death, ridiculously-accented comedy comes to the Madison Country Day School amphitheater for two rollicking weekends this summer.

“For where is any author in the world teaches such beauty as a woman’s eye?”

Performed outdoors by Madison Shakespeare Company at at the spacious Madison Country Day School amphitheater at 5606 River Road in Waunakee. Bring your own lawn blanket, cushion, or chair for best comfort!

“Peace, peace, forbear! Your oath once broke, you force not to forswear.”

Performance time approximately 90 minutes, no intermission. Because love hurts but Shakespeare comedy shouldn’t be painful!
