Legally Blonde, The Musical is based on the book and the movie of the same name. College sweetheart and homecoming queen Elle Woods doesn't take no for an answer. So when her boyfriend Warner dumps her for someone serious, Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books and heads for Harvard Law School. Legally Blonde, The Musical is the award winning Broadway sensation created by a top-of-their-class creative team led by Tony Award winning director and Olivier Award nominated choreographer Jerry Mitchell (Hairspray).

Performance Times: Performances are Thursday through Sunday at 7pm.

Ticket Prices: Presale tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students/seniors. Additional $2 per ticket at the door.

Auditions

Auditions will be held on the following days:

6/5/2012

The auditions dates are:
Monday, June 4th 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 5th 6:00 p.m.

You may attend either audition date but may not attend both dates.

A Call Back list will be posted on the Academy’s website on June 7th.

Call Back date is Thursday, June 7th at 6:00 p.m.

At the audition you will be introduced to a sampling of acting, singing and dancing from Legally Blonde, then you will be performing those samples in front of the audition team.

In preparation for these auditions, please listen to and rehearse the music from the show. Use any resources you can to familiarize yourself with the specifics of the show. This is the MUSICAL, NOT the movie!

Auditions are open to all ages (those entering 10th grade or above) and to anyone within driving distance of Wausau. College students and adults are encouraged to audition! All roles will be cast age-appropriate based on the audition pool of talent.

Please report to the D.C. Everest High School Commons approximately 10 minutes before the auditions.
