Ali Baba and the Magic Cave

By William Glennon

Ali Baba and the Magic Cave was the Village Playhouse's 2007 traveling children's production. This show travels to various locations in the metropolitan area. All shows are open to the public with tickets available at the door. (At the Lakefront Festival of the Arts the performance is free with admission to the grounds)

Ali Baba, aided by friends, especially the very bright Morgiana, escapes from the Magic Cave, later escapes from prison, and finally devises a unique plan to capture once and for all the cutthroats and unmasks their leader, who turns out to be—the wicked Cassim.
