StageQ is holding auditions for its October 2018 production of the critically-acclaimed love story by Dr Shirlene Holmes, A Lady and A Woman.

Auditions: Monday & Tuesday, August 27 & 28, 2018. 6:30PM. Lakeview Moravian Church, 3565 Tulane Avenue, Madison. Enter the church on the side facing Hargrove Street through the door labeled "OFFICE."

TWO Roles -
Flora - African-American woman. 40’s. Innkeeper. Divorcee. Femme, buxom.
Bittie - African-American woman. 30’s. Traveling butcher. Small in stature.

We invite and encourage queer, African-American, female-bodied actors to audition for these roles.
