A Christmas Carol

By Charles Dickens, adapted by Romulus Linney

Directed by Roseann Sheridan

It’s a holiday tradition! Ebenezer Scrooge, Jacob Marley, the Ghost of Christmas Future, and a host of familiar characters in Charles Dickens’ classic tale returns to the beautiful Capital Theater. This timeless story of the mean, old Scrooge who learns that it is never too late to live a life filled with generosity, kindness and love continues to touch, move and inspire audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Featuring a large cast of talented local and professional actors, children and adults, led by the critically acclaimed Robert Spencer as Mr. Scrooge, you’re sure to enjoy this wonderful production true to Dickens’ original story. With an abundance of holiday music and carols -- and a few “ghostly” surprises -- this is the perfect holiday present for all generations.
