For safety precautions, SCA will be implementing the following for classes in July:
All students must use the hand sanitizer at the front door upon entering the facility.
Students should go straight to their studio. There are purple X's marked through the hallway 6 feet apart to help maintain proper distancing.
In each studio, there are X's on the floor along the walls. Each dancer will place their dance bag on an X and wait by their dance bag. The dressing room is closed, you must arrive dressed and ready for class.
There are boxes taped on the floor. Teachers will call students to a box where the dancer will remain to help maintain proper distancing. At the end of class, dancer will be sent back to their X with their dance bag to change shoes.
Faculty will wear masks for all group classes. Because of the long hours of teaching, faculty may need to remove the mask to drink water or take a quick break. When doing so, faculty will be at least 6 feet away from all students and will turn away from the class.
It is up to the individual family as to whether or not they would like their child to wear a mask during class.
For those not comfortable with in studio classes, a Zoom link will be provided.
Please bring a filled water bottle, as releasing students to get drinks from the water fountain will no longer occur.
Students will not leave the studio until done with their block of classes. If they must use the bathroom, one student at a time will be allowed. Students are expected to practice excellent hygiene and maintain social distancing.
Our facility will be sanitized after each block of classes and at the end of every evening. The bathrooms will be wiped down regularly throughout the evening.
The waiting area is closed. Parents, please wait in your vehicles.
The front office, boutique and lounge area are all closed. If dancewear or shoes are needed, please make an appointment with Miss Natalie.
Our faculty and family's safety is of the utmost importance to us. Please adhere to the above guidelines so that we can all continue to enjoy classes in the studio!

Kindest Regards,
Stephanie Eckert
