Wizard of Oz

By L. Frank Baum

Directed by Michael Bruno

Little Dorothy Gale of Kansas, like so many girls her age, dreams frequently of what lies over the rainbow. One day a twister hits her home and carries her away - over the rainbow. She finds herself in Munchkinland. In the land of Oz Dorothy meets her fairyland figures Glinda, Scarecrow, Tinman and Lion. Dorothy has made an enemy of the Wicked Witch of the West after her house drops on her sister, the Witch of the East. Dorothy and her friends travel to the Emerald City to gain the help of the all powerful Wizard of Oz to get the Scarecrow a brain, the Tinman a heart and the Lion some courage. The scene is set for a battle between Dorothy and her friends and the Wicked Witch with her flying Monkeys.
