Other Information

Again, Memorial Theater Company is doing all it can to put the play in the hands of the students. Director, Tom Hardin, has selected two one act plays (Vanities & The Boys Next Door) to showcase the talent of not only Memorial's talented actors and student run technical/production team; but to give the responsibility of directing to two very talented youths: Mary Palazzolo and Alex Peterson.

Memorial Theater's most recent experimental productions include "You Make My Life" (1998-99; an original, student written, colabarative effort), "Little Voices" (1999-2000; a collection of monolouges by, and performed by, female Memorial students), and "Jumping Through Hoops" (summer 2000; an independent student production of WORDS,WORDS,WORDS; LONESTAR; and an original, student composition: WHEREFORE ART THOU, SAMUEL BECKETT?)
