Raisin in the Sun

By Lorraine Hansberry

Directed by Clinton Turner Davis

In tribute to African-American playwright Lorraine Hansberry, University Theatre presents this powerful drama about one family's struggle to achieve their American dream. The play exposes issues of urban and suburban racial division which are as volatile now as they were when the play premiered in the 1940's.
