Godspell

By Stephen Schwartz and John-Michael Tebelak

Directed by Karl Reinhardt

This exuberant and often moving re-telling of the Gospel according to St. Matthew has been a theater favorite since the early 70's, spawning several radio hits, including "Day By Day." The story utilizes dance, mime, charades, audience participation, and of course song to tell the parables of Jesus, before moving into the crucification.
