So you're doing a show, and you'd like to list it on MadStage? Use this form to submit all the information necessary for your theater, comedy or dance production.

Please enter as much of the requested information as you can. If there is information that isn't available, leave it blank for now and send it to shows@madstage.com as soon possible. Even if you haven't scheduled auditions yet, we encourage you to provide a rough estimate of when they'll be held, and correct or update it later as you finalize your plans.

Please do NOT make entries using ALL CAPS. ALL CAPS makes your information difficult to read, which tends to put off potential audience folks. Your assistance with this is much appreciated.
