Auditions

Auditions will be held on the following days:

7/8/2012
7/9/2012

The Prairie Radio Readers will present a sampling of episodes from the golden age of Radio. Selections will include Candy Matson, YUkon 2-829 considered by critics the best of the female private detective series; Easy Aces a long running series featuring a husband and wife comedy team, ala Burns and Alan; and lastly Mercury Summer Theater’s adaption of Jane Eyre featuring Orson Welles and sponsored by Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer.

Additionally we are seeking a person to provide sound effects and a synthesizer player to provide appropriate interlude and mood music as was common with the old time radio programs.
