The Marvelous Wonderettes

By Roger Bean

Directed by William Jannke

“The Marvelous Wonderettes” was written for the Milwaukee Repertory Theater by Roger Bean and it takes the audience back to the 1958 Springfield High School Prom where they will meet the Wonderettes, Betty Jean, Cindy Lou, Missy and Suzy. These four girls have hopes and dreams and the audience will learn about their lives and loves, as well as being treated to the girls singing such classic hits of the 50s and 60s such as “Lollipop”, “Dream Lover”, “Stupid Cupid”, “Lipstick On Your Collar”, “It's My Party”, and many, many more.
