Broom Street Theater announces open auditions for its upcoming production, The Maple Bluff Mystery, by Baraboo playwright, Scott Rawson. Performances will run from January 18-February 24. The play is an original comedy about miscommunication, murder, and mayhem in Maple Bluff. Roles are available for six men aged 18-50 and three women aged 18-35. Auditions will consist of readings. No prepared monologue is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. Auditions will be held at the theater building, 1119 Williamson Street, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, November 12-13 and at 7:00 p.m. the following Monday and Tuesday, November 19-20. No appointments are necessary.
