Rose Colored Glass

By Susan Bigelow & Janice Goldberg

Directed by Heather Murn

It's the eve of World War II on the South Side of Chicago. Lady O'Riley runs an Irish pub, which shares an alleyway with Rose Fleishman's Jewish delicatessen. The two single businesswomen haven't spoken for years — that is, until O'Riley's granddaughter brings them together. In this highly dramatic tale of friendship and salvation, religions and cultures collide to form one human bond against pervasive injustice.
