LUV KUSH

Come and witness the story of Luva and Kusha, twin princes born to Lord Rama and Goddess Sita as portrayed in the 3000 year old Hindu epic Ramayana. When Sita is pregnant with his Children, Rama sends Sita away to the Forest because he was spoken ill of by a washer man for having accepted Sita back after she was rescued from the captivity of the evil King Ravana. Sita gives birth to twin boys in the forest and the princes are educated by sage Valmiki in all the arts, scriptures and sciences. Many years alter a fight erupts between the boys and Rama's soldiers, and the boys proclaim victory. Surprised Rama comes to the fores to meet the boys, only to find his wife there and realize that the twin boys are none other than his own. What will happen next? Come and see! Music and costumes have been specially brought from India for this Ballet.
