Cabaret

Cabaret tells the story of a seedy nightclub in 1930s Berlin where a young English performer strikes up a relationship with an American writer, all while a zealous Master of Ceremonies commands the action at the Kit Kat Klub. Cabaret has received numerous awards including Tony Awards for Best Muiscal (1966-67) and Best Revival (1997-98)

The Eau Claire Children's Theatre will hold auditions for the upcoming production of CABARET at ECCT, 1814 Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire.

Auditions will be held March 15th and 16th at 7:00 p.m. Those auditioning must prepare a 30-60 second cutting from any Broadway musical. Lead roles are available for four males and two females ages 25-60, and singing/dancing roles available for four males and six females ages 18-30. There are no roles for performers ages high school and under in this production. Three public performances are scheduled May 14-16 at the Oxford.
