Opera for the Young tours 185 upper Midwest elementary schools annually with an adapted opera performed by adult professionals in principal roles and youngsters in the chorus. "Barber" has been re-set in 1950's middle America. The adult players are triple cast and include Soprano/Mezzo Soprano, Tenor, Baritone, Baritone, Pianist.

Performances: October 14, 2013 - May 1, 2014

Performance Times: usually two performances per weekday, occasionally public performances in evening or weekend

Ticket Prices: schools pay fee, public shows either free or low cost tickets
