6th Annual Listen To Your Mother: Madison
Original writing by Madison-area folks
Directed by Ann Imig
LTYM, is an acclaimed national series created by Madison-native, founder Ann Imig in 2010. LTYM is now in 39 cities nationwide that will be hosting similar events on or around Mother's Day, and all 39 shows will be videotaped for LTYM's YouTube channel. LTYM: Madison seeks original soulful, insightful, humorous or heartwarming stories about motherhood in all its forms for our 6th annual Mother's Day live-staged reading show at The Barrymore. You don’t have to be a mother to audition, you don’t have to be a writer or a performer. LTYM welcomes everyone with a story to tell to our auditions; people of every ability, age, gender, ethnicity and race, so long as you bring along that original powerful 5-minute story (or poem) with motherhood at the center.
